Thank you very much for your interest in my art and for taking the time to visit my shop!

Payment

I accept PayPal Payment ONLY. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. If you are having trouble completing your payment via PayPal, please contact me at the following email address: hjmiqueo@gmail.com

Payment plan (3 installments) is available upon request for items over $150.00. Please feel free to contact me about it any time.

Shipping

Please inquire regarding international shipping rates. All paintings are securely packaged and shipped via USPS or FedEx. You will be notified once the painting(s) is shipped and provided a tracking number. I usually ship my items fully insured (insurance is included free of charge), within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment via PayPal. 5-9 business days estimated delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

ITEM CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING AT BUYERS EXPENSE with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES (if applicable). Please notify me via e-mail prior to returning.
